Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure your new shoes are the perfect fit and style for your needs.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
  • Free from any damage, stains, or odors

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product analysis, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn footwear – All shoes must be in unworn condition
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)

Good to know: Our Sandals, Sneakers, and Slip-on-shoes for Men, Women, and Kids (Big Kids, Little Kids) are all returnable as long as they meet the above conditions.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1Submit Your Return Request

Complete the Return & Exchange Request Form below and email it to our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.

2Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request and typically respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

3Package Your Items

Securely package the items in their original box, include all original packaging and documentation, and place the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.

4Ship Your Return

Ship your return to our warehouse address:

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Timeline:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days
